DDU Incubation

The Dire Dawa University Startups Center is a dynamic hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, dedicated to empowering students, researchers, and early-stage entrepreneurs as they develop transformative ideas into scalable businesses. In addition to its main facilities, the center includes specialized innovation branches across other AAU campuses, such as the AAiT Innovation Center, the Science Innovation Center, and the Black Lion Hospital Health Innovation Center. These centers provide tailored resources, mentorship, and networking, opportunities to support development across diverse fields-from: technology and engineering to health sciences- driving Ethiopia’s economic growth and addressing real world challenges through sustainable Innovation.
