Office Overview
Re-organized from the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation directorate, the Office of Strategic Affairs reports directly to the Office of the President. We provide vital support to University management through strategy development and the rigorous evaluation of all-rounded institutional activities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Developing strategic and annual plans that align with national policies and the University’s vision.
Collecting and analyzing pertinent data to build a base for measurable institutional progress.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews and evaluating efficient resource utilization across all units.
Initiating leadership training and creating awareness on plan implementation and cascading.
Institutional Reporting
Our office is responsible for compiling and presenting overall performance reports to the University Management and concerned stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making through transparency.
